Unless specifically stated in a quote we do not cover curtain cleaning/washing, complete wall washing, external house washing, rubbish removal & ceiling cleaning. If the house turns out to be extremely dirty due to medium-long term non cleaning then additional cost may be required to complete the cleaning unless we are notified otherwise. Likewise if pets have soiled carpets for example we cannot guarantee the smell can be removed and additional cost may be required to remove visible soiling & apply additional deodorizing processes.  If there is excessive pet hair in a property this can also required additional time & cost.  Or otherwise we can do our best work within your budget but without the guarantee of our usual high standard & in the case of a rental may compromise your final inspection.
